特朗普被曝考慮對伊朗先“小打”再“大打”
美國總統(tǒng)特朗普已告訴其顧問，他“傾向于在未來數(shù)日（對伊朗）進(jìn)行初步打擊”，然后在未來數(shù)月發(fā)動(dòng)一場更大規(guī)模的軍事打擊，迫使伊朗“屈服”并按美方要求達(dá)成協(xié)議。
報(bào)道援引特朗普政府內(nèi)部知情人士的話說，盡管尚未作出最終決定，但特朗普傾向于在未來數(shù)日對伊朗進(jìn)行初步打擊，借此向伊朗領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人表明，伊朗方面必須同意放棄制造核武器的能力。特朗普正在考慮的打擊目標(biāo)范圍廣泛，包括伊朗伊斯蘭革命衛(wèi)隊(duì)總部、伊朗核設(shè)施和彈道導(dǎo)彈等。
報(bào)道說，如果“針對性的”初步打擊未能迫使伊朗滿足美方要求，特朗普“保留今年晚些時(shí)候進(jìn)行（更大規(guī)模）軍事打擊的可能性”，以推翻伊朗最高領(lǐng)袖哈梅內(nèi)伊。
特朗普18日在白宮戰(zhàn)情室召開會(huì)議討論了打擊伊朗的計(jì)劃，出席會(huì)議的人員包括副總統(tǒng)萬斯、國務(wù)卿魯比奧、美軍參謀長聯(lián)席會(huì)議主席凱恩、中央情報(bào)局局長拉特克利夫等。
報(bào)道還說，白宮拒絕評論特朗普政府的決策過程，僅表示“媒體可以繼續(xù)猜測總統(tǒng)的想法，但只有總統(tǒng)自己知道他可能會(huì)或可能不會(huì)做什么”。
目前，美方已在伊朗周邊部署“亞伯拉罕·林肯”號(hào)航母打擊群，“杰拉爾德·R·福特”號(hào)航母打擊群也正駛向伊朗。《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》報(bào)道說，“杰拉爾德·R·福特”號(hào)航母22日在意大利以南的地中海航行，預(yù)計(jì)不久將抵達(dá)以色列附近海域。
美國和伊朗新一輪談判定于26日在瑞士日內(nèi)瓦舉行。伊朗外長阿拉格齊22日在接受美國媒體采訪時(shí)表示，達(dá)成比2015年伊朗核問題全面協(xié)議“更好的協(xié)議”是可能的，他同時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)伊朗擁有和平利用核能的權(quán)利。
