掃毒行動打死毒梟 墨西哥多地爆發(fā)騷亂
墨西哥武裝部隊22日打死一個主要販毒集團的頭目，墨西哥多個地區(qū)隨后爆發(fā)騷亂。美國、加拿大等國發(fā)布安全警示，多家航空公司取消共計數(shù)十架次赴墨航班。
墨西哥國防部22日說，武裝部隊當天在哈利斯科州塔帕爾帕市抓捕毒販，多名“哈利斯科州新生代”販毒集團成員在打擊行動中死亡，包括該集團頭目內梅西奧·奧塞格拉·塞萬提斯。
“哈利斯科州新生代”是墨西哥主要販毒集團之一。軍方開展抓捕行動并打死奧賽格拉后，哈利斯科州及其鄰近的米卻肯、科利馬、瓜納華托等州爆發(fā)騷亂，販毒集團成員點燃汽車封鎖道路，縱火焚燒商業(yè)設施，一些州宣布學校23日停課。
哈利斯科州州長巴勃羅·萊穆斯宣布全州進入紅色警報狀態(tài)，暫停該州公共交通服務。據(jù)美聯(lián)社報道，哈利斯科州首府瓜達拉哈拉市的居民躲入室內，當?shù)厝缤肮沓恰?。在該州旅游勝地巴亞爾塔港，游客在社交媒體上稱，當?shù)鼐謩莼靵y得仿佛“戰(zhàn)區(qū)”。
哈利斯科州一名不愿公開姓名的官員告訴美聯(lián)社，該州兩地有多名墨西哥國民警衛(wèi)隊士兵死亡；州內一座監(jiān)獄爆發(fā)騷亂，一名看守被殺；州檢察官辦公室一名工作人員遇害。
多國分別向本國在墨公民發(fā)布安全警示。美國國務院敦促在哈利斯科、米卻肯等墨西哥多州的美國公民待在安全地點，避免外出。加拿大政府也呼吁本國公民“保持低調”并避免外出。俄羅斯政府告誡俄公民推遲前往哈利斯科州，已在該州的俄公民不要前往人群密集和可能遭到襲擊的區(qū)域，“除非絕對必要”，應避免外出。
聯(lián)合航空公司、美國航空公司、西南航空公司等多家美國航空運營商以及加拿大航空公司宣布，暫時停飛前往瓜達拉哈拉、巴亞爾塔港等地的航班。一些正飛往墨西哥的航班甚至中途返航。
美國駐墨西哥大使館在社交媒體上說，墨方這次抓捕行動是在美墨“雙邊合作框架”內執(zhí)行的，美方提供了情報。
美國特朗普政府先前一直以打擊販毒為名，對包括墨西哥在內的一些拉美國家進行威脅和施壓。特朗普多次公開宣稱，如果墨西哥無法摧毀販毒集團，美國將單方面采取軍事行動達成這一目標。墨西哥總統(tǒng)辛鮑姆多次表示拒絕，并強調派遣美軍進入墨西哥打擊販毒集團的提議“不在討論范圍內”。
美國常務副國務卿克里斯托弗·蘭多22日稱，奧塞格拉死亡是“重大進展”，同時對墨西哥隨后出現(xiàn)“暴力場面”表示“非常難過和憂慮”。
